Mrs. Chandana Baishya is presently designated as an Assistant Professor at NEF College of Pharmacy, Guwahati, Assam, India. She has received her B.Pharm degree from Girijananda Chowdhury Institute of Pharmaceutical Science, Azara, Guwahati under Gauhati University (GU), Assam. She holds Master degree M.Pharm (Pharmacology) from the Acharya & B. M. Reddy College of Pharmacy, Bangalore, Under Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Bangalore, Karnataka.

She has worked as Assistant Professor at Pratiksha Institute of Pharmacy, Panikhaity, Guwahati, Assam for a year. She has attended and participated in many National and International Seminar, workshop and Conferences. She has completed three months training in the pharmaceutical industry at Lee Pharma Ltd, Telengana, India. Beside that she has also completed her Hospital training at Civil Hospital Nalbari, Assam, India. She honestly believes that knowledge is intended to inspire and encourage students to purse quality research to develop an institute into a center of excellence in education and research.
